The MOTI-Santa Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States and Puerto Rico who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. International participants are not eligible to enter. By entering, participants agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and terms of MOTI Technologies LLC (“MOTI”).
To enter, participants must download “MOTI Chat” from the App Store (Apple iOS or Google Play), create a profile, email a screenshot of their completed MOTI profile (or send their MOTI URL link by selecting the 3 dots in the top right corner of your profile screen and choose “Share”, then select the email option and email) to: [WinWithMOTI|at|motiapp|dot|com] and follow at least one of MOTI’s social media pages at:
The entry period for the Santa Giveaway begins on December 15, 2023 12:00AM PST and ends on December 31, 2023 11:59PM PST. Entries submitted after the end date will not be considered.
Twenty-five (25) winners will be selected to receive a video call from Santa on MOTI Chat. (Approximate value of each video call with Santa is $150.00)
Winners will be notified via email and must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. Winners may be required to provide additional information for verification purposes.
Participation is entirely voluntary. If participants choose to join the Santa Giveaway, they may decide whether or not to let MOTI Technologies use their name and likeness for promotional purposes. Sharing the giveaway on social media is also completely optional and will not impact one’s eligibility to participate.
MOTI Technologies reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Santa Giveaway at any time. The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
